Products of KASRA TILE Co. have the best strength, water absorption and impact resistance, by using well-equipped presses in the production line. Thus ceramic tiles of Kasra Tile Co. compete against foreign products.

KASRA TILE Co., by using VDL9 vertical dryer (of VD-VDL series), develops its product quality. This Dryer creates unchanging temperature and thus avoids creation of crazes in the tile bodies.

Installation of high-technology roller kiln in this company has decreased lots of problems and defects during the firing process. These kilns have performance temperature about 1300 C, and low consumption of fuel and energy. These cases have improved the production capacity of KASRA TILE Co., and its end-products enjoying the best quality.

 In the glazing and decorating lines, the use of pumps, cabins and advanced printing machines make it possible to apply glaze on the surface of the tiles in the forms of spray and disc. Density, viscosity and thickness of glaze are uniform on all parts of tile surface.

Loading and unloading of tiles by stockage and handling machines, decrease the probable damages of movements, and increase the capacity of KASRA TILE Co. production.
